Associate Affiliate Program Manager: You will assist our Managing Director with the management of one or more affiliate programs. Your primary responsibility will be to establish new affiliate relationships and to motivate existing affiliates through ongoing telephone and email campaigns. You will be paid a base salary plus incentives for performance.

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in affiliate marketing.

Skill Requirements:

  • Must be well versed in all relevant terminology and processes related to affiliate marketing administration.
  • Must be able to establish and prioritize sound marketing plans and tactics designed to achieve agreed upon objectives.
  • Ability to reach out through telephone and email to establish positive and productive relationships with top affiliates.
  • Ability to create email communications that result in converting non-participating affiliates into producers.
  • Must possess the highest degree of personal and professional integrity and have the ability to work independently.
  • Superior project management skills -- your follow up and organization skills should be borderline obsessive.
  • Ability to create banners and HTML coding is a big plus!

Partnering Coordinator: You will assist our Program Managers with their partner prospecting and recruitment efforts.  This involves defining partner prospect target groups, searching the Internet for potential partners who fit these target groups, then utilizing various communications to invite and recruit these partner prospects.  You will be paid a base salary plus incentives for performance.

Experience Required:

  • Proven ability to utilize technical tools applied in an Internet environment.

Skill Requirements:

  • Must be well versed in all relevant terminology and processes related to affiliate marketing administration.
  • Must be comfortable with and have the ability to quickly learn how to use various tools  and techniques to search the Internet in order to identify potential affiliate partners for our clients.
  • Must have the ability to discover the appropriate contact within an organization.
  • Must master the use of various tools and methods that are designed to help you to approach and recruit partner prospects.  Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.
  • Must possess the highest degree of personal and professional integrity and have the ability to work independently.
  • Superior project management skills -- your follow up and organization skills should be borderline obsessive.
